The Brewers acquired David Bell from the Phillies Friday in exchange for minor league pitcher Wilfrido Laureano, according to the AP. Bell hit .281 with six home runs and 34 RBI in 91 games with the Phillies. He will be the everyday third baseman in Milwaukee with Corey Koskie on the DL.
