July 27, 2007 The Devil Rays reinstated catcher Josh Paul from the 60-day disabled list on Friday, according to the AP. He had been sidelined since May 20 because of a left elbow injury. Devil Rays manager Joe Maddon said Paul will start Saturday's game against Boston.
