Randy Wolf is on the Nationals' radar, according to the Hot Stove Blog on MLB.com.

Our View:The club is considering the lefty as a possible upgrade for their weak rotation. The Mets also like Wolf, and it is uncertain how much the Nationals are willing to spend to reel him in.
December 29, 2008
The Mets are set to make offers to starting pitchers this week, with Randy Wolf among their targets, according to MLB.com.

Our View:Wolf is ranked third on the Mets' list behind Derek Lowe and Oliver Perez. They are expected to make offers to two, and likely three free agent pitchers, and are believed to be interested in inking one.
December 19, 2008
Jon Heyman of Sports Illustrated indicates that Randy Wolf is ranked third on the Mets' target list if they are unable to reel in Derek Lowe or Oliver Perez.

Our View:Wolf commented that he would like to return to the Dodgers, but the club is yet to make him an offer or garner strong interest.
December 19, 2008
Randy Wolf is seeking a three-year deal worth $30 million, according to Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports.

Our View:The Astros reportedly offered him between $22 million and $24 million before pulling their proposal off the table. The Mets are interested but are believed to have Derek Lowe higher on their list, namely due to his consistency.
December 16, 2008
The Orioles are believed to be interested in hurler Randy Wolf, according to the Hot Stove Blog on MLB.com.

Our View:Wolf held a passable 1.38 WHIP over 190.1 innings in 2008, and the 32-year-old lefty would be a solid addition to an Orioles' rotation in grave need of help.
