When Jeff Francoeur walked in the sixth inning on Friday, it gave him 23 this season, the same number he had all of last year, the AP reports. Francoeur's other numbers are solid enough, especially his 65 RBIs and .291 average.

Jeff Francoeur made an adjustment to his stance over the winter and his hitting .414 (12-for-29) this spring, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Francoeur said that staying lower in his stance has helped him stay back on balls longer. "I feel like I'm seeing balls a lot longer in the zone," he said. Despite the adjustment, the free-swinging Francoeur has yet to draw a walk this spring.
