Andy Phillips hit a home run for the third straight day in Triple-A, according to RedReporter.com. Thursday's homer went for a grand slam, and he now has 11 RBI on the season.

Our View:Phillips was competing for a reserve spot as an infielder with the Reds during spring training, but didn't make the cut. He is benefitting from the practice in Triple-A, and is among the Reds' hottest performers in the system right now.
