Our View:Mussina is at 270 wins, and though he would not get to 300 career victories next year, getting to 280 or 285 would certainly help his iffy Hall of Fame candidacy.

Our View:Mussina shocked the fantasy world by achieving his first 20-win season this year, to go with a 3.37 ERA and 1.22 WHIP. He has 270 career wins, and is a borderline Hall of Fame player.

It was the first time in his professional career, which started in 1991, that Mussina has won 20 games despite making 536 career starts. He has won 19 games twice and 18 games three times.
Our View:A year ago, Mussina appeared to be all but done as he went 11-10 with a 5.15 ERA. This season was clearly a different story as he went 20-9 with a 3.47 ERA. Opponents hit .281 off the vet. His 200.1 innings makes this the first year since 2003 that he has gone for more than 200.
