Our View:The Braves added the lefty to the 40-man roster. He held a terrible 3.00 WHIP over 6.2 brief innings of work with the Mariners in 2008, but the Braves are hoping he can regain his 2007 form when he went 7-1 over 56 appearances.

In 3.2 innings this year spread over five appearances, Eric has an ERA of 14.73 while he has allowed 10 base runners in 3.2 innings. If you picked him up hoping for saves, now might be a good time to bench him as he has looked awful so far.
