Our View:Rosales held no fantasy value as a reliever with a 4.09 ERA and 1.41 WHIP over 22 innings (no saves) prior to his demotion.
June 15, 2008 Leo Rosales has been recalled from Triple-A Tucson, according to the AP. As an adjoining move, the team optioned righty Billy Buckner to Tuscon.
Our View:The 27-year old Rosales was 2-1 with a 4.08 ERA at Tucson, and did not appear in a game with the D-Backs. He holds no fantasy value.
August 1, 2007 Leo Rosales, who was acquired for Scott Hairston last week will undergo surgery next week to repair his broken right hand, according to the Arizona Republic. He will miss the remainder of the season, but the team expects him to make a full recovery for 2008.
