The outfielder was down on the field for several minutes and had to be assisted off the field on a cart. The Marlins doctors performed X-ray on De Aza and are calling the ailment a left ankle sprain. It's an obvious assumption De Aza won't be ready for opening day. How much time he will miss is still unknown.
