Our View:The youngster has talent, but enough is enough. Luis has allowed at least four runs in eight of his last 10 outings during which time his ERA is an astounding 11.47. The question is therefore do the Rangers actually intend on winning games if they keep running Mendoza out there?

Our View:Mendoza holds unfavorable fantasy value, as he is 3-6 over 52 innings, with a 8.13 ERA and 1.87 WHIP.
