August 14, 2008 Tommy Hunter has not pitched well in the big leagues, to say the least. In his start tonight, he failed to get out of the second inning and allowed nine earned runs on seven hits as the Rangers fell to Boston 10-0. His ERA is now 16.36 on the year.
Our View:Hunter has three starts in the majors this year, and he has given up six, five and nine earned runs, respectively. If you have him on your fantasy team, you clearly don't understand how the rules work.
August 6, 2008 Tommy Hunter's outing Wednesday could be his last in the majors for a while. Hunter was knocked around for the second straight start, allowing five runs on eight hits over 4 1/3 innings.
Our View:It's pretty clear Hunter isn't ready for the show yet, but it's possible he could stick around until Kevin Millwood is ready.

Our View:Hunter, 22, was just drafted last year. He holds a combined ERA of 3.56 with a 95/29 K/BB rate over 144 innings. He began the year at High-A Bakersfield.
