Our View:Miami may be willing to deal Shawn Marion to acquire him. Curry does not fit in well under coach Mike D'Antoni's fast-paced offense, and Curry would benefit from a trade.
November 9, 2008 Eddy Curry, who has failed to see game action this season, had a cortisone shot on Friday for his injured knee, according to the Associated Press.
Our View:Curry has already had the knee drained twice, and while reports are that there is no structural damage, it is clear that he is still a ways away from being able to flash his talents on the court.
November 8, 2008 ESPN.com reports that the Charlotte Bobcats are interested in Eddy Curry and may be willing to give up Gerald Wallace in order to get him.
Our View:Curry has been inactive for the Knicks all season as coach Mike D'Antoni has elected to take the team in a different direction. The Bobcats are obviously desperate for frontcourt help and Curry could see a lot of minutes should he end up in Charlotte. He had a couple of decent seasons while playing for Larry Brown when he coached the Knicks.
