LeBron James might be out for rest of week due to sprained left finger, the Akron Beacon Journal reports. The Cavs are wary about James' finger becoming an issue for the rest of the season, because his fingers and hands take such a beating during the course of a normal game. Opposing teams will certainly be aware of it and might even target James' hand, especially as they slap at the ball as he drives to the basket often.
