The Bobcats are interested in Antonio McDyess, according to the Associated Press.

Our View:McDyess previously stated that he wished to return to the Pistons, but he has to wait a few more weeks to do so because players are required to wait 30 days before returning to the team that originally traded them.

Antonio McDyess turned down the Celtics' proposal, according to the Boston Herald. It is unknown exactly what the defending champs offered him.

Our View:It seems more likely that McDyess will take a buyout and return to the Pistons. McDyess would serve as a backup upon his return to Detroit, and is not worth holding onto in fantasy leagues right now.

ESPN.com expects free agent Antonio McDyess to return to the Pistons on December 7. League rules prohibit players from re-joining the team that traded them for 30 days. The power forward is expected to draw significant interest from other teams in the meantime.

Our View:McDyess is not worth holding onto and may not even be worth acquiring once he does return to Detroit. He was coming off the bench to start the season and averaging under 20 minutes per game. Should he reclaim his starting position, he would be worth looking into.
