Lee Nailon was released from jail on bail yesterday - a day after being arrested on charges of assaulting his wife, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. However, he will remain inactive and will not practice with the team. "As an organization, we don't condone domestic violence of any sort," 76ers president Billy King said. "These are serious allegations - but at this point in time, I think, from an organizational standpoint, we've got to let the legal system run its course."
