over the Knicks.
Garnett sat out after being suspended for hitting Milwaukee's Andrew Bogut
during Boston's 102-97 overtime win on Saturday. The one-game suspension cost
Garnett upwards of $200,000. Brian Scalabrine started in his place and had
eight points, including a clutch three-pointer down the stretch.

Rajon Rondo stepped up in a big way on Tuesday, helping the Celtics to not miss suspended star Kevin Garnett quite as much. Rondo had 15 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, and two steals as Boston beat New York 110-101.
Our View:Rondo primarily is an assist guy who will provide some points and rebounds as well. However, occasionally he'll light it up in games like this where he shot 7-of-11 from the field.
Ray Allen came back down to Earth on Tuesday, missing all three attempts from beyond the arc. He still gave a decent effort, scoring 15 points to go with four assists, a rebound, and a steal.
Our View:Allen had been on fire his last few games, but this is the type of game we should be more accustomed to seeing from him. He can still score big when he's hitting threes and getting to the line. Otherwise, he's just an average scorer.
