D.J. Augustin, G Tuesday 11/18, 8:32 PM CT
D.J. Augustin had a big game for Charlotte of the bench on Tuesday, scoring 21 while adding four boards, four assists, and a steal.

Our View: Augustin has been giving the Bobcats pretty strong play all year. If the team continues to struggle, they could shake things up by giving him more minutes.
Sean May, F Tuesday 11/18, 8:35 PM CT
Sean May started on Tuesday but was held scoreless in 12 minutes. May did contribute two rebounds.

Our View: May's still not seeing enough time to be of any value in fantasy.
Gerald Wallace, F Sunday 11/16, 7:01 PM CT
Gerald Wallace put in 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds - both team highs for Charlotte - but it wasn't enough, as the Bobcats fell to Orlando, 90-85.

Our View: Wallace has had a solid season, and he went past his averages of 15.9 points and 8.5 rebounds. He did only get one steal, which was under his 2.4 steals per game average.
Raymond Felton, G Sunday 11/16, 7:08 PM CT
Charlotte point guard Raymond Felton shot just 5-of-14, but he scored 14 points and dished out six assists to go with four boards in the team's 90-85 loss to Orlando.

Our View: Felton has had a decent season as far as shooting percentage, with a .475 mark before Sunday's game. He is averaging about 13 points and about five assists per contest.
Sean May, F Friday 11/14, 6:25 PM CT
Sean May started for the Bobcats on Friday.

Our View: He hasn't played enough to have fantasy value this year.
Raymond Felton, G Friday 11/14, 8:39 PM CT
Raymond Felton led the Bobcats in scoring with 23 points in Friday's win over Utah. He also had six assists, three rebounds, and three steals.

Our View: Felton has played much better since recovering from illness and is becoming a consistent starter in fantasy leagues.
Adam Morrison, G Friday 11/14, 8:41 PM CT
Adam Morrison provided 15 points off of the Charlotte bench on Friday. He also grabbed one rebound for the Bobcats.

Our View: After Morrison missed all of last year with a torn ACL, this is the first big sign that he can contribute as a sixth or seventh man off of the bench for Charlotte.
Jason Richardson, G Wednesday 11/12, 2:12 PM CT
Jason Richardson had his knee scoped today and could be on the shelf for around a week, according to the Associated Press. He underwent the procedure after experiencing inflammation in his right knee.

Our View: Richardson will be missed, as he is the Bobcats' leading scoring while averaging 17.6 points per game. Adam Morrison is the top candidate to replace him in the lineup.
Jason Richardson, G Tuesday 11/11, 9:15 PM CT
Jason Richardson led the Bobcats in scoring on Tuesday night with 23 points but the team fell to Denver 88-80.

Our View: Richardson has had a great start to the season with an average of 16 points a game. He is a solid contributor for any fantasy owner.
D.J. Augustin, G Sunday 11/9, 2:36 PM CT
D.J. Augustin had a nice bench performance for the Bobcats on Sunday, leading the team in points with 14 in just 24 minutes. He also had two boards and four assists.

Our View: Augustin doesn't have fantasy value right now due to his limited playing time. However, with the Bobcats struggling, the lineup could be in for a shuffle.
Emeka Okafor, F Sunday 11/9, 2:39 PM CT
Emeka Okafor was limited to just 26 minutes due to flu-like symptoms in Sunday's game against Toronto. He finished with seven points, six rebounds, and one block.

Our View: Okafor might not be fantasy worthy until he's 100 percent again.
Michael Jordan, G Saturday 11/8, 8:39 AM CT
Michael Jordan is ready and willing to be the sole owner of the Charlotte Bobcats should majority owner Bob Johnson decide to sell, according to the AP. "When Bob wants to step aside, I have no problem stepping in and saying, 'Hey, look, I'd love to take control of this franchise,'" Jordan said.

Our View: Johnson has admitted to losing millions of dollars on the team, but he also recently said that he does not want to sell.
Emeka Okafor, F Saturday 11/8, 4:35 PM CT
Emeka Okafor missed Saturday's practice due to stomach pains and a headache, according to the Charlotte Observer. He is listed as probable for Sunday's game.

Our View: If Okafor's symptoms were to continue, he could miss the game, in which case the Bobcats would be desperately helpless in the post as they lack depth at the position. They take on the Toronto Raptors who have multiple threats down low.
Gerald Wallace, F Friday 11/7, 12:50 PM CT
Gerald Wallace is expected to be dealt by the Bobcats, according to Pro Basketball News.

Our View: He signed a six-year extension for $57 million back in 2007, and the team feels it would be in their best interest to allocate that money to someone else. It remains undetermined where he may land, but Golden State is believed to be an option, as they are also looking to unload Al Harrington.
Emeka Okafor, F Friday 11/7, 9:11 PM CT
Emeka Okafor had solid night Friday, with 10 points and rebounds each. He also had an assist and a steal.

Our View: Okafor is still producing rebounds and points on a consistent basis for fantasy owners.
Raymond Felton, G Friday 11/7, 9:18 PM CT
Raymond Felton appears to be feeling much better, as he went off on Friday for 20 points in a Bobcats' victory.

Our View: Felton had been averaging under 10 points a game so far this season, so we'll have to wait and see if he can keep it up.
Emeka Okafor, F Wednesday 11/5, 3:12 PM CT
Emeka Okafor is dealing with a strained left shoulder, but he was able to participate in the morning shootaround without any issues, and intends to face the Knicks tonight, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Our View: Okafor should be fine to employ in fantasy lineups, but could potentially play limited minutes if he feels pain over the course of the game.
Raymond Felton, G Wednesday 11/5, 3:17 PM CT
Raymond Felton participated in Wednesday's morning shootaround and is expected to play in tonight's game against the Knicks, according to the Charlotte Observer. He is dealing with a strained right hamstring.

Our View: Felton is only averaging seven points and 4.7 assists over three games this season, and it may be best to hold him out, as he could continue to be hindered by the ailment.
Emeka Okafor, F Wednesday 11/5, 9:13 PM CT
Emeka Okafor had 16 points, 15 rebounds and two blocks as the Bobcats fell 98-101 to the Knicks on Wednesday.

Our View: Okafor is a good No. 2 center as he can get you a double-double most nights. However, he is a drag on free throw percentage and turnovers and, as always, remains a health risk.
Raymond Felton, G Tuesday 11/4, 1:06 PM CT
Raymond Felton is questionable for Wednesday's game against New York due to a strained right hamstring, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Our View: Rookie D.J. Augustin would likely start at point guard in place of Felton if he cannot go.
Emeka Okafor, F Tuesday 11/4, 1:24 PM CT
Emeka Okafor strained his left shoulder in a collision with Ryan Hollins late in Tuesday's practice, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Our View: He was reportedly in considerable pain right after the collision, but the Bobcats anticipate Okafor playing against the Knicks.
Shannon Brown, G Monday 11/3, 8:38 PM CT
Shannon Brown came off the Bobcats' bench to score 16 points in 26 minutes on Monday as Charlotte fell to Detroit. He also had four steals, a block and three assists.

Our View: Brown's status going forward is up in the air as coach Larry Brown is still trying to work out his rotation. However, tonight's performance should earn him more minutes going forward. Regardless, unless he finds his way into the starting lineup, which is unlikely, he holds no fantasy value.
Jason Richardson, G Monday 11/3, 8:40 PM CT
Jason Richardson was held to just four points as the Bobcats fell 101-83 at home to Detroit on Monday. He was 2-for-10 from the field in 33 minutes.

Our View: Richardson is rarely shutdown to this degree. He had gotten off to a strong start in Charlotte's first two games and should rebound strongly in his next start.

Emeka Okafor, F Sunday 11/2, 5:17 PM CT
Emeka Okafor scored 18 points and grabbed 13 rebounds as the Bobcats beat the Heat 100-87 on Saturday. He sot 7-for-9 from the field.

Our View: Okafor had just seven points through 37 minutes on 33 percent shooting in the team's first game. Jared Dudley started ahead of Sean May on Saturday.
Sean May, F Saturday 11/1, 11:25 AM CT
Starting power forward Sean May has been deactivated for Saturday's game due to a sore back, according to the Charlotte Observer. Jared Dudley will start in his place.

Our View: This was really only a matter of time. May has yet to show he can play 20 minutes of basketball per game. He needs to sincerely get himself into shape before he can become a fantasy contributor.
Jared Dudley, F Saturday 11/1, 11:28 AM CT
Jared Dudley wil make the start at forward on Saturday as Sean May has been deactivated to deal with a sore back, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Our View: Dudley's fantasy value should see a spike as it is unlikely that May will return soon. However, there still figures to be a better option on your waiver wires at this point.
Gerald Wallace, F Saturday 11/1, 9:00 PM CT
Gerald Wallace scored a game-high 34 points in Saturday's 100-87 win over Miami. He also contributed nine boards, three assists, two steals, and three blocks.

Our View: He only scored 13 points in the season opener, so fantasy owners should be very pleased with tonight's effort. He should remain a solid option as a starting forward.
