Wide receiver James Thrash sprained his knee during the Week 6 loss to the Rams, the AP reports.

Our View:We don't know the extent of the injury yet. If Thrash is out for a while, we could see more of rookies Devin Thomas and Malcolm Kelly.
September 19, 2008
James Thrash practiced Friday and is expected to play in Week 3 against Arizona, according to the Washington Post. He had been dealing with a high ankle sprain, and sported a walking boot earlier in the week.

Our View:Thrash's production has declined in each of his last six seasons in the NFL and does not merit fantasy consideration.
September 17, 2008
During Week 2 James Thrash injured his ankle and that injury has caused him to miss practice on Wednesday, according to the Washington Post.

Our View:Thrash does not have any fantasy value as he only has one catch for eight yards in 2008.
September 16, 2008
Washington receiver James Thrash was wearing a walking boot after spraining his ankle during the team's Week 2 contest, according to the Washington Post.

Our View:Thrash is not a viable fantasy option, and has just one catch for eight yards on the season.
August 28, 2008
The Washington Times believes James Thrash is safe to make the Redskins' roster.

Our View:He would join Santana Moss, Antwaan Randle El, and rookies Malcolm Kelly and Devin Thomas. Thrash will be gradually phased out of the offense with each passing week that Kelly and Thomas improve and learn the ropes, and Thrash does not merit fantasy attention.
