Matt Hasselbeck finished up his season with a bang on Sunday, throwing for a career-high 449 yards on 36-of-53 passing. He had two touchdown passes and two interceptions, and added 42 rushing yards and a TD. He finished the season with over 3,000 passing yards, despite starting only 10 games.
