December 2, 2008 Charles Woodson performed well while serving at strong safety in Week 13 against Carolina, and the Packers may feature him more at the position with Aaron Rouse and Atari Bigby ailing, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Secondary coach Kurt Schottenheimer said, "He was outstanding. He caused a fumble, he played with great anticipation and he made some good tackles. We were really pleased with Charles' ability to go back and play there."
Our View:Woodson would have more chances to make tackles from the strong safety spot, hence raising his value for IDP leagues. He returned two of his five interceptions for touchdowns this season.
