Our View:That is also the reason why the Cardinals are fighting for a trip to the NFC Championship this weekend in the divisional playoffs at Carolina. Warner had an MVP-caliber season with 4,583 passing yards and 30 scoring strikes over 16 games.
January 3, 2009 Kurt Warner led the Cardinals to the next round of the playoffs as he completed 19-of-32 passes for 271 yards and two scoring strikes in Saturday's 30-24 home win over the Falcons. He threw an interception but was not sacked in the game.
