Our View:Fantasy owners should have a little more faith in McNabb after this game. He did not perform well last week, but this is the type of game that McNabb is capable of.
August 14, 2008 Quarterback Donovan McNabb had a shaky night in the Eagles preseason game against the Panthers, going 11-for-24 for 98 yards, an average of just 4.1 yards per pass.
Our View:4.1 is a good average ... for a running back. This is not the McNabb that people want to see. He's never been the most accurate quarterback in the world, but he'll need to improve on Thursday's performance.

Our View:The only real news to report here is that Kevin Kolb, and not A.J. Feeley, is the backup quarterback on the depth chart. McNabb simply needs to stay healthy to put up numbers that place him in the top-10 of quarterbacks.
July 31, 2008 PhillyBurbs.com reports that Marty Mornhinweg feels that Donovan McNabb "became a better quarterback because of his lack of mobility (last season). He learned many things during the course of his playing time, in game situations. And now he's got it all back, it appears. He's 100 percent healthy; he's running and gunning again. I'm sure he's pleased with his health." McNabb has certainly looked deserving of that praise so far in camp. He's in shape, his throwing arm has shown no lingering effects of the tendinitis that caused him to be shut down in the spring and, most importantly, he seems to have regained much of the mobility he didn't have last year.
Our View:As we all know, the biggest fear with McNabb is his health. He has missed a combined 15 games in the past three seasons, but he appears to be 100% going into 2008. Still, he has thrown more than 3400 yards in just one season out of nine and tossed over 20 touchdowns just once in the past six campaigns. A lot of his value comes from not turning the ball over much. A healthy McNabb is a top-10 fantasy quarterback.

Our View:McNabb was throwing bullet passes and had good zip on his deep ball during the practice, and looked healthy and enthusiastic.
