Packers assistant head coach Winston Moss impressed the Rams and has earned a second interview, according to NFL.com.

Our View:The Rams will continue to interview the other candidates that they've had lined up as they don't want to make the same mistake that they made when the hired Scott Linehan. GM Billy Devaney is more of a football guy than the Rams previous GM, so this should help things.
December 25, 2008
Rams team president John Shaw has resigned, as expected, and will remain with the team as a consultant, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Our View:Billy Devaney has been promoted to general manager and will make all personnel decisions.
December 22, 2008
The AP reports that Rams general manager Jay Zygmunt has been removed from the front office, effective immediately. VP of Player Personnel Billy Devaney will act as his replacement and lead the Rams search for a new head coach.

Our View:The Rams have been in a steady downhill slide over the past four seasons and their have been several questionable moves made by Zygmunt.
December 21, 2008
Marc Bulger completed 19-of-36 passes for 227 yards, one touchdown and one interception on Sunday.

Our View:Bulger now has three 200-yard games in a row. He will try to extend his streak in the Rams' season finale at Atlanta.
