Kenny Watson is questionable for Sunday's game at Cleveland due to his ailing hamstring, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Our View:Watson had a productive campaign in 2007, but holds no fantasy value now while buried behind Cedric Benson and Chris Perry on the Bengals' depth chart.

Kenny Watson was limited in Wednesday's practice while dealing with a shoulder injury, according to the Bengals' official website.

Our View:Watson currently holds no fantasy value while backing up Cedric Benson at running back.

Coach Marvin Lewis praised running back Kenny Watson, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Lewis said, "I thought Kenny had a good week of practice. You know, he practiced a week ago Friday and this week, so we've got to look at everything. We owe it to everybody to find a way to get more done."

Our View:Watson will be a candidate, along with Cedric Benson, to start at running back if Chris Perry continues to struggle, namely with ball security. Watson has been dealing with a hamstring ailment, but is worth targeting if named the starter, as he topped 100 rushing yards twice in 2007.

As expected, the Cincinnati Bengals re-signed running back Kenny Watson on Tuesday, according to Bengals.com.

Our View:Watson was promised that by the team that he would be re-signed (which is against league policy), and that came to fruition. Cincinnati starts Chris Perry, but unless he stops fumbling, Perry may lose time to Cedric Benson and Watson.

The Tennessee Titans broke league rules by cutting and then promising to re-sign quarterback Chris Simms, and the Cincinnati Bengals will be in violation as well when they re-sign running back Kenny Watson as they promised, according to ProFootballTalk.com.

Our View:The website explains that this is roster manipulation, and though it is common, the league does have rules against it. No word on any possible ramifications for either team.
