The Bengals' bye week allowed them to give recently acquired running back Kenny Watson more snaps in practice, which could mean he might see some playing time on Sunday if Corey Dillon is unavailable, according to the Cincinnati Post. Rudi Johnson and Brandon Bennett would still probably get a majority of the the carries in Dillon's absence.

Kenny Watson signed a two-year deal with the Bengals on Tuesday, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Watson, who the Redskins released in August, could see some carries right away with Cincinnati since a groin injury will likely keep Corey Dillon out of Sunday's game.

In a somewhat surprising move, the Redskins released Kenny Watson on Saturday, according to the Washington Post. Watson, Washington's second-leading rusher last season, was expected to compete for the starting tailback job but lost his roster spot to rookie Sultan McCullough.
