Week 13 inactives: QB Joey Harrington (3rd), DB David Pittman, RB Mike Bell, FB Mike Karney, LB Marvin Mitchell, G Jamar Nesbit, OT Jermon Bushrod, WR David Patten.

Our View:Reggie Bush (knee) is active and will be back in the mix on offense and punts. He should get help from Pierre Thomas and Deuce McAllister. The rest of this list has no fantasy impact.

Week 11 inactives: QB Joey Harrington 3rd), RB Reggie Bush, CB Aaron Glenn, CB David Pittman, FB Mike Karney, OT Jermon Bushrod, C Jonathan Goodwin, WR David Patten.

Our View:Deuce McAllister will start again, and Aaron Stecker and Pierre Thomas will help out. Patten is a surprise inactive, and he swaps places with Robert Meachem, who was out last week.

Less than a week after signing with the team, the New Orleans Saints released quarterback Joey Harrington, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune.

Our View:Harrington was released in order to make room on the roster for players who might actually be used. He had no fantasy value before this, and won't have any if he gets signed to another team.
October 1, 2008
Joey Harrington has been brought back by the Saints, according to ESPN.

Our View:The team previously released him due to a need for healthy position players. As before, he will hold no fantasy value while serving as the No. 3 quarterback.
September 24, 2008
Joey Harrington has been released by the Saints, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune. The team replaced him on the 53-man roster with tight end Sean Ryan.

Our View:Harrington held no value with New Orleans while relegated to clipboard duty as the No. 3 quarterback.
September 19, 2008
Joey Harrington has found a new home as he has been signed by the Saints, according to Fox Sports. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Saints waived defensive tackle Alvin McKinley to make room on the roster.

Our View:He will hold no fantasy value while relegated to clipboard duty as the No. 3 quarterback in New Orleans.
September 9, 2008
Free agent quarterback Joey Harrington is going to audition for the Titans, according to the Nashville City Paper. Quinn Gray is also expected to work out for the team.

Our View:Kerry Collins is slated to start in place of the injured Vince Young, and the team is looking for a backup. Young is expected to miss two to four weeks with his knee ailment, and his mental well-being is also in question right now.
September 2, 2008
Free agent quarterback Joey Harrington will visit with the New Orleans Saints, according to ProFootballTalk.com.

Our View:ESPN falsely reported that Harrington has signed with Baltimore, and though that could still happen, he will attempt to find another team in the meantime.
September 1, 2008
Joey Harrington may still be a free agent and the news circulating that he agreed to terms with Baltimore may not be correct, according to ProFootballTalk.com.

Our View:Harrington reportedly still has a visit scheduled for Tuesday with another team.
September 1, 2008
Joey Harrington has been signed by the Ravens, according to the Baltimore Sun. He was released by the Falcons Friday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Our View:It remains to be seen if Harrington can learn the offense in time to play against the Bengals in Week 1. Harrington holds little value, but will help a Ravens' club that is in poor shape at the position.
September 1, 2008
Not only did the Baltimore Ravens work out quarterback Chris Simms, but they also brought in Todd Bouman and Joey Harrington for work outs as well, according to the National Football Post.

Our View:The web site reports that Bouman was good, and Simms was the least impressive. Baltimore is in dire need of a quarterback, as their current threesome of Joe Flacco, Troy Smith and Kyle Boller each have issues.
March 11, 2008
The Falcons re-signed Joey Harrington to a two-year contract on Tuesday after being cut just a week ago, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He'll compete with Chris Redman in training camp to start, though the Falcons could bring in a rookie to spice things up.
March 8, 2008
Joey Harrington could re-sign with the Falcons as soon as this week, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Apparently, they released him Wednesday due to salary-cap reasons more than because he's not a good quarterback.
March 5, 2008
The Falcons have released quarterback Joey Harrington. The free agent pool is generally void of quarterback talent, which is good for Harrington but bad for the Falcons. We have to believe they'll sign someone soon rather than move forward with only Chris Redman and D.J. Shockley.
