Joey Harrington underwent surgery yesterday to correct his irregular heartbeat, and he is expected to make a full recovery with no lasting effects, according to the Detroit News. He will be able to begin a normal offseason conditioning program in three to six weeks.

"These days, ablation is the treatment of choice," said Dr. Michael Lauer, director of cardiovascular research for the Cleveland Clinic.
