Dwight Freeney missed practice on Wednesday, according to the Associated Press.

Our View:Freeney has had trouble staying healthy this year, but has been reliable when he's played. He has seven sacks and three forced fumbles this season, but has had two games this year in which he went without a single tackle.

Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney accumulated two sacks against Houston, each of which were critical to the team ending up with a 33-27 victory, reports the Indianapolis Star.

Our View:Freeney now has four sacks in his last two games, and has 7.0 on the season. After getting a sack in three of his first four contests, he was held without one for four straight games before his current explosion.

Our View:Freeney got a normal day off on Wednesday and he will be back on the practice field on Thursday.

Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney should be able to play Week 6 when the team takes on the Baltimore Ravens, according to the Indianapolis Star. "All those guys we think should be available," Colts coach Tony Dungy said.

Our View:Freeney, who is dealing with a hamstring injury, practiced on Friday, raising expectations. He has had a very good season, and though he has only 10 tackles, he also has three sacks and forced two fumbles.
