Brian Westbrook visited a specialist on Monday but had yet to make a decision on whether to have surgery to repair a torn tendon in his quadriceps, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Eagles team doctors are recommending that Westbrook have surgery now, which would prevent him from playing in the postseason.
