Brian Westbrook was held out of Friday's practice to rest his sore knee. "He was on the turf a little the past two days, so we backed off on him today," coach Andy Reid said, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. "He should be fine." Westbrook will start Sunday, as Reid was just giving the running back a day off to rest up.

It's unclear if Westbrook's injury was really serious, or if the Eagles decided to keep him out for precautionary reasons because the game was already well in hand.
