Justin Peelle, who was recently released by Miami, has climbed past Martrez Milner on the Falcons' depth chart at tight end, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Our View:The seven-year vet played around 30 snaps in last Sunday's win over Detroit, and hauled in one reception for 13 yards. Peelle hopes to play 35-40 snaps in Week 2 against the Buccaneers, and is worth a look in deeper leagues as a backup.

The Atlanta Falcons have signed tight end Justin Peelle, who was recently released by the Miami Dolphins, according to Yahoo! Sports.

Our View:Peelle could wind up seeing some action, as the Falcons do not have great depth at the position. He probably won't post great numbers, but should see some time on the field.

Justin Peelle has been released by the Dolphins, according to the Miami Herald. Reagan Mauia (played in all 16 games as a sixth-round rookie in 2007) and special teams tackles leader Edmund Miles were also among the notable cuts Saturday by Miami.

Our View:Peelle caught 29 passes for 228 yards and two scores with the team last season, but the addition of Anthony Fasano from Dallas made him expendable.

Dolphins tight end Justin Peelle is not guaranteed a roster spot, and is still battling to make the team, according to MiamiDolphins.com.

Our View:Peellee had a solid season a year ago, catching 29 balls for 228 yards and two touchdowns. But the addition of Anthony Fasano made his spot on the team uncertain. Either way, he has little value in fantasy leagues.
