June 7, 2008 Tank Williams is fitting in very well with the Patriots, according to the Boston Globe. He is making a solid impact on the practice field, and notably ran stride for stride with sparkplug Kevin Faulk, and intercepted a Tom Brady pass close to the sideline. Williams is a hard-hitter, and provides the Patriots with flexibility to use as a safety and sub-package linebacker.
Our View:He will be on our radar through training camp as a potential late-round sleeper as an IDP.
