Our View:Burleson had been primed to have a big year with Seattle already short on receivers. Courtney Taylor may be the best option in Seattle until Deion Branch can return. Logan Payne is worth a look, as well.
September 8, 2008 Nate Burleson sustained a sprained knee on Sunday against Buffalo, but the team does not believe his injury is serious, according to the Seattle Times. Burleson is yet to get the results of his MRI, but coach Mike Holmgren does not believe the injury is "long," referring to recovery time.
Our View:The team cannot afford to lose Burleson as the receiving corps is already thinned out by injuries. We will keep you posted on his status.
