Newsbreakers
October 12, 2008
Reggie Bush carried the ball 14 times for 27 yards and one touchdown on the ground, and caught three balls for 40 yards and a score through the air in the Week 6 win over Oakland.

Our View:Bush, who is a beast in all fantasy scoring formats, has 41 receptions and five touchdowns this season.
October 12, 2008
Running back Reggie Bush tied an NFL record with his 200th career catch in only his 34th game on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders, according to ESPN.

Our View:The only other NFL player to catch 200 passes in his first 34 games is Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin. Bush's mark stands alone among running backs.
October 6, 2008
Reggie Bush tied an NFL record, set 11 times previously, with two punt returns for touchdowns - one covering 71 yards, the other 64 yards - in the Saints 30-27 loss to the Vikings. Bush also carried the ball 12 times for just 29 yards while losing a fumble though he did haul in seven passes for 64 yards though he also lost a fumble in the passing game as well.

Our View:Typical Bush. The guy was all over the field doing pretty much everything other than kicking field goals. One of the fumbles came after a face mask that wasn't called but he still rushed for a paltry 29 yards. None of that matters if you are in a PPR league as he continues to rack up receptions as if he was Marques Colston. The guy may have his faults, but he can be breathtaking to watch in full flight.

Reggie Bush, who has already accumulated 26 receptions this season, will likely be a top target of Drew Brees again this Sunday against the 49ers with Jeremy Shockey, Marques Colston and David Patten all out with injuries.

Our View:Clearly Bush is a must play this week. His three touchdowns in the first three weeks point towards him beginning to live up to the high expectations that were placed out of him when coming out of USC.
September 21, 2008
Reggie Bush accumulated 31 touches on Sunday in the Saints 32-34 loss in Denver. He rushed the ball 18 times for 78 yards and a TD, caught 11 passes, also with a TD, and returned two punts for 30 yards.

Our View:This is the type of production the Saints expect of the former No. 2 overall draft pick. He did lose a fumble amidst all the action, but owners should consider his Sunday quite a success. His value in PPR leagues continues to climb into the upper echelon.
