Quarterback Vince Young is active and will backup starter Kerry Collins this week against Baltimore.

Our View:There are rumors swirling that head coach Jeff Fisher has installed a special offensive package for Young, who could see a few snaps against the Ravens.

Vince Young fully practiced Thursday with no issues regarding his knee, according to the Tennessean.

Our View:He should unseat Chris Simms as the primary backup, but is not yet expected to push Kerry Collins from the starting spot, especially since the Titans hold a 4-0 record at the top of the AFC South.

For the first time since being injured in Week 1, Vince Young was back on the practice field for the Titans, according to the AP.

Our View:There is no official word yet on what Young's role will be when he gets back. Head coach Jeff Fisher has said that Kerry Collins will continue to start as long as they continue to win and as of right now Chris Simms is the backup.

Vince Young has began working his way back onto the practice field and when his knee is ready for game action he will be moved to the Titans backup quarterback behind Kerry Collins. Head coach Jeff Fisher told the AP, "I can't say how close he's getting. He ran yesterday, had good success on the field, and he threw. He's going to go through some sets and drops today and run a little bit after."

Our View:Collins is 2-0 as the Titans starting QB and it will be interesting to see how Young will take to being the backup.

Vince Young watched Sunday's game from the coach's booth, but he is expected to return to the sideline for the Week 4 match-up against Minnesota, according to the Tennessean. He is still recovering from his left knee injury and coach Jeff Fisher said, "I haven’t had a chance to talk to him specifically about the experience. The coaches thought it was good. He was really into it. He could see Kerry make the decisions. It’d probably be a good idea now to get him down on the sideline and let him take that information that he got yesterday and see it from the sideline perspective."

Our View:There remains no timetable for his return to action. Kerry Collins will remain the starter as he attempts to lead the club to a 4-0 record this weekend.
