October 6, 2008 Daniel Fells has been signed by the Rams to take Randy McMichael's (placed on IR with broken leg) spot on the 53-man roster, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Our View:He was signed off Tampa Bay's practice squad and spent time with Oakland's practice team in 2007. He made Atlanta's active roster as a rookie in 2006 but did not see any action, and will hold no value with St. Louis.
