Our View:It was a shock to many when Wolfe was selected in the third round because of his diminutive size. Now, with Kevin Jones finally seeing action, Wolfe may have to find a new home. He has little to no fantasy value right now.
September 13, 2007 Bears offensive coordinator Ron Turner told the Chicago Tribune that he wants to get rookie Garrett Wolfe more involved during Sunday’s game against the Chiefs. The Bears selected Wolfe in the third round of the entry draft.
Our View: It would be hard for Wolfe to be any less involved than he was last week when he finished the game against the Chargers with no touches. Cedric Benson owners shouldn’t fret over the possibility of him giving up a few carries to the rookie.
May 15, 2007 Garrett Wolfe became the first member of the 2007 draft class to agree to a contract when he inked a four-year deal on Tuesday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Bears selected Wolfe in the third round of the draft back in April.
