Newsbreakers
November 30, 2008
Le'Ron McClain rushed 25 times for 86 yards in the Week 13 victory over Cincinnati.

Our View:This marks the second consecutive week that McClain has handled the lion's share of the carries. Not sure if this is the equivelant of the coaching staff revealing their hand, but McClain "appears" to have the most value of the Ravens' running backs going forward into the fantasy playoffs.
November 23, 2008
LeRon McClain got most of the work on the ground for the Ravens in Week 12, rushing the ball 18 times for 88 yards and one touchdown.

Our View:The Ravens were ahead big, but it was still telling that McClain had more carries than Ray Rice and Willis McGahee combined. This running back situation is almost impossible to figure from week-to-week.
November 16, 2008
Le'Ron McClain compiled 41 scrimmage yards and a touchdown in the Week 11 loss to the New York Giants.

Our View:McClain has scored in two of the past three games for a total of six touchdowns on the season.
October 31, 2008
LeRon McClain (ankle) is listed as probable in the injury report for Week 9 against the Browns.

Our View:Willis McGahee is questionable meaning McClain could see a bigger role once again. He will be matching up against a respectable Cleveland run defense. Only start him if you have to, as he will remain the backup running back even if McGahee does not go.
October 5, 2008
Running back Le'Ron McClain carried the ball 11 times for 51 yards and a score in the Week 5 loss to Tennessee.

Our View:McClain received only 33 percent of the carries, but he continues to convert short yardage opportunities at the stripe. During the past four games, he has scored four touchdowns.
