Our View:Durant is a solid linebacker, but his fantasy value remains low.
September 14, 2008
Jacksonville linebacker Justin Durant left the game against Buffalo with an undisclosed leg injury.

Our View:Durant, who recorded two solo tackles prior to his departure, is considered questionable to return.
June 25, 2008
The Jacksonville Jaguars coaching staff is high on linebacker Justin Durant, who has spent most of the offseason running with the starters, according to the Sporting News. With the return of middle linebacker Mike Peterson, the club has moved Daryl Smith to the strong side (his natural position) while sliding Durant over to the weak side.

Our View:With Clint Ingram nursing a nagging ankle injury, Durant has taken advantage of his absence, and appears to have the inside track on starting on the weak side. The move to the strong-side negatively impacts Smith's value in IDP leagues, while Durant becomes a sleeper prospect.
