October 28, 2008 Jared Retkofsky has been brought back to the Steelers following the season-ending loss of Greg Warren (knee), according to the Associated Press. He signed a one-year deal.
Our View:Retkofsky spent the 2007 training camp with the Steelers after originally signing with Pittsburgh as an undrafted free agent out of Texas Christian University. He was released during the preseason. He will replace Warren as the Steelers' long snapper, and holds no fantasy value.
