Coach Gary Kubiak said, "Molden played nine or 10 plays. They were key plays on a big drive in the fourth quarter, and it wasn’t too big for him. He played some man coverage and was right there with them receivers. It was a step forward for him, too. We need to get him on the field more."
Our View:The third-round rookie out of Eastern Kentucky is a great athlete, but lacks polish and technique as a cornerback and has been inconsistent in college. His best bet in the NFL would be to etch out a role as a nickel back.

Our View:He is a great athlete, but not a great football player, as he was inconsistent on the collegiate level and displayed poor instincts at times. The Texans are not strong at cornerback, but Molden is not expected to push for a starting role as a rookie.
