He will start in place of Will Witherspoon, the team’s Most Valuable Player and leading tackler last season. Vobora will become the first Mr. Irrelevant to start a game in his rookie season in the NFL in 14 years.
Our View:This seems to be an obvious statement that they are playing for the top draft pick, right? The Rams are going as far as to actually place the radio transmitter in his helmet. Obviously, you want to avoid starting Witherspoon this week.
