October 28, 2008 The Cowboys have signed cornerback Quincy Butler off the Saints' practice squad, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Our View:Butler was added for depth with Anthony Henry hindered by a bruised thigh. If Henry cannot play Sunday against the Giants, then Orlando Scandrick would start opposite rookie Mike Jenkins, with Alan Ball serving as the nickel back. Butler will hold no fantasy value for IDP leagues.
