Our View:He hit his only field goal attempt of the season, a 32-yarder. He should not be considered for Week 3 against the Patriots, and shouldn't garner fantasy consideration until the Dolphins' offense starts generating points.
August 16, 2008 Kicker Dan Carpenter is out to prove that the Dolphins made a good move by releasing Jay Feely. He nailed four field goals in Saturday's preseason game, including shots from 31, 37, 44 and 46 yards.
Our View:That's two straight quality showings for Carpenter. No self-respecting fantasy owner should draft him, but you should at least know the name.
