attempts, including a 55-yarder, and Brandon Stokley accounted for Denver's
only touchdown, as the Broncos grinded out a 16-13 victory over the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers.

for Denver (4-1), which rebounded after a disappointing loss in Kansas City

Updating a previous report, Eddie Royal has sustained a sprained left ankle during Sunday's outing against the Buccaneers, according to the Colorado Springs Gazette. He was on crutches after the game.
Our View:He does not have a high ankle sprain, which is the most severe type, but he could not say how much time he may miss. The rookie has been a key contributor to the Broncos' potent passing attack as he racked up 30 receptions for 321 yards and two scores over the first five games.
Tony Scheffler was seen sporting crutches following Sunday's battle with Tampa Bay, according to the Colorado Springs Gazette. His left groin was sore during most of the second half.
Our View:He is unsure regarding the severity of the ailment, and will be evaluated by the team. Scheffler is one of Jay Cutler's favorite targets, evidenced by his 16 receptions and two scores over the first five games of the season.
Wide receiver Brandon Stokley caught six balls for 52 yards and a touchdown in the Week 5 victory over Tampa Bay.
Our View:Stokley has compiled 13 receptions for 132 yards and a touchdown in the past two games. The Broncos passing offense is explosive making Stokley a serviceable bye week filler type going forward.
