Light, Crowder fined by NFL for fight New York, NY (Sports Network) - Offensive tackle Matt Light of the New
England Patriots and linebacker Channing Crowder of the Miami Dolphins have
been fined $15,000 apiece by the NFL for what the league called "a verbal and
physical altercation" in last Sunday's 48-28 win by New England.
Neither will be suspended as a result of their actions.
Light threw punches at Crowder several times after the Miami player shoved him

Dolphins defensive back Jason Allen went through a full practice Wednesday with a hard cast on his broken right hand, according to the Miami Herald.
Our View:Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano said he wasn't sure whether Allen will play Sunday against Buffalo. "Jason practiced [Wednesday] and we'll just see what we see at the end of the week here as the week goes on, but hopefully it will be positive," Sparano said.
Ronnie Brown is leading the Pro Bowl fan voting for running backs in AFC, according to Scout.com.
Our View:Fan voting counts for one-third of the selection process for the Pro Bowl, which will be played the weekend after the Super Bowl. The other two-thirds come in a vote of players and coaches.
