Newsbreakers
Reggie Brown, WRWednesday 8/27, 9:13 AM CT
Eagles wide receiver Reggie Brown may miss the team's season opening game against the Rams with a hamstring injury, according to the Delaware News Journal.

Our View:Brown thinks he will be okay to go, but hamstrings are tricky injuries that take time to heal, especially with as much running as wide outs do. Brown is a quality depth player in fantasy leagues, and has the ability to be at least a No. 2 receiver if he is healthy.
Jack Ikegwuonu, CBTuesday 8/26, 3:47 PM CT
Jack Ikegwuonu has been placed on season-ending IR, according to ESPN. The fourth-round rookie sustained a knee injury while working out for the NFL draft.

Our View:He would have been a first-round pick if not for the untimely injury, and could push for a starting job in the future if he comes back strong and healthy.
Dan Klecko, DTTuesday 8/26, 2:48 PM CT
The Eagles have indicated that Dan Klecko will make the final roster, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. He will serve as the No. 4 defensive tackle and D.C. Jim Johnson said, "He looks pretty good to me. He had a good game the other night, and he's had a great camp. He's got such great quickness and good football sense, and he loves to play. He's a high-motor guy."

Our View:Klecko will hold no fantasy value as a defensive tackle, but could sneak in a touchdown or two if given some reps at fullback.
