Hill has performed will lately, however, and carries a 94.6 QB rating with eight touchdown passes and three interceptions. Still, he should be used as a backup only in fantasy leagues. |

Our View: Hill closed out November with seven touchdown passes over four games, two of which the 49ers won. Hill will be tested in Week 14 against the upstart Jets. |
