Evgeni Nabokov, who missed the final 52 minutes of Saturday's game at Phoenix with a stiff neck after taking a hit from Phoenix's Mike Zigomanis, is expected to make his next start on Wednesday at Colorado, according to the AP. The Sharks have been alternating starting goaltenders all season.

Sharks coach Ron Wilson said he probably will continue his goalie rotation, with Evgeni Nabokov starting Tuesday's game, according to the Contra Costa Times. Vesa Toskala then should start Thursday's game. Both are quality goalies, but the platoon really limits their overall fantasy value.

Evgeni Nabokov tweaked his groin and was held out of Monday night's game as a precaution, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. "Hopefully, Nabby will be ready to go by the end of the week," Sharks coach Ron Wilson said. "He skated (Sunday). He was at practice and said that his groin was a little sore."
