Daniel Sedin wasn't able to score a goal on Thursday night despite taking eight shots, but he picked up the first star of the game thanks to his all-around effort which included three assists. It's about time. Daniel had gone four games without a point before tonight's outburst, and the strange thing is that the last five times he has ended up on the scoresheet he has actually totaled at least two points in each outing.

Daniel Sedin lost his five game point streak on Thursday night but the Canucks still emerged victorious. Henrik has 10 points in his last nine games and 62 points in 61 games this season. Henrik has managed to record 143 points in his last 143 games despite scoring just 22 goals in that period thanks to his superlative passing skills.
